Your plans contain context. We treat that context carefully.

Information we handle

• A random visitor identifier stored in an HttpOnly visitor cookie so guest plans can be associated with the same browser.
• Goal descriptions, conversation messages, generated plans, tasks, milestones, calendar choices, daily review and check-in feedback.
• Email address and authentication information when you create or use an account. Third-party authentication services handle sign-in credentials; Actionwise does not receive your external account password.
• Support or upgrade-request details that you choose to send, together with limited technical and abuse-prevention records needed to operate the service.

How AI processing works

When you request AI planning or insight features, relevant goal descriptions, conversation messages, plan details, and action-log context may be sent to AI infrastructure and model-processing services so they can generate a response. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your plan.

Provider retention and model-improvement practices are governed by their current published terms and may change. Actionwise does not make a blanket “zero retention” or “never trains” promise on their behalf. Contact us if you need current provider details before using AI features.

Service provider categories

• Hosting and delivery services make the website available and deliver it to your device.
• Authentication and data-storage services support account access and store product data.
• AI infrastructure and model-processing servicesprocess relevant context when you request an AI feature.

These providers process information according to their own terms and may process it in countries different from yours.

Why we use information

We use information to create and save plans, provide AI responses, prepare calendar data, support reviews, maintain accounts, answer support requests, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

Actionwise does not sell personal data or use it for targeted or third-party advertising.

Retention and your choices

Data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve support issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can differ by data type and service provider.

You can delete individual goals from the product. To request account or broader data deletion, correction, or access, email support@actionwise.app. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Actionwise changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision.
