Using the service

By using Actionwise, you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to consent to online services where you live, or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian where required.

Guest access is tied to a browser visitor identifier. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for the activity performed through it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the goals, messages, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Actionwise a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the right to submit your content and for avoiding confidential or sensitive information that the service does not need.

AI-generated suggestions

AI-generated plans and insights can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review them before acting. You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, commitments, and results.

Actionwise is not medical care, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency service. Seek a qualified professional when a decision requires professional judgment or may affect health, safety, legal rights, or finances.

Calendars and third-party services

Check every date, time, time zone, reminder, and task before adding a plan to a calendar or importing an .ics file. Third-party calendar, authentication, hosting, database, and AI services have their own terms and availability.

Acceptable use

You may not use Actionwise to:

• break the law or violate another person's rights;
• probe, attack, overload, scrape abusively, or bypass service limits;
• upload malware or interfere with other users;
• misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice; or
• use the service to create or distribute harmful or deceptive content.

Availability, changes, and termination

Actionwise may change features, limits, providers, or availability. We may suspend access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, or service shutdown. We do not promise that the service will always be available or that a plan will achieve a goal.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent legally permitted, Actionwise is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed outcomes. The Actionwise team is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that result from relying on a plan or from third-party service failures where such limits are permitted.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
